Hotel booking rules
Hotel availability, room type, occupancy, check-in, check-out, deposits, incidental holds, resort fees, parking, pets, breakfast, and accessibility services are controlled by the property. Review the property details and supplier terms before confirming.
The name on the reservation may need to match the identification shown at check-in. A property may require a valid payment card or cash deposit even where Booktosave collected the room price.
Car rental rules
Rental providers set requirements for driver age, license, payment card, deposit, insurance, mileage, fuel, additional drivers, vehicle class, and cross-border travel. The primary driver must present the required documents at pick-up. A reservation does not guarantee a specific make or model unless expressly stated.
Inspect the vehicle at pick-up and report existing damage to the provider before driving away. Return the car on time, with the required fuel level and in the agreed condition to avoid additional charges.
Prices, taxes, and fees
Search prices are estimates until a booking is confirmed. The final price may include the base rate, estimated taxes, mandatory supplier fees, and Booktosave service fees. Some charges, such as hotel incidentals, resort fees, rental deposits, optional insurance, fuel, tolls, or upgrades, may be collected by the supplier separately.
Prices may be displayed in a selected currency. Your bank or card provider may apply exchange-rate fees or international transaction fees.
Confirmation and communication
A booking request becomes confirmed only when you receive confirmation from Booktosave or the relevant supplier. Check your email, spam folder, and My trips. Contact us immediately if the name, dates, location, or other details are incorrect.
Changes, cancellations, and no-shows
Every booking has its own change and cancellation deadline. Some rates are flexible, while promotional or prepaid rates may be non-refundable. A missed check-in or car pick-up may be treated as a no-show and may result in loss of the booking amount. See the separate Cancellation Policy.
Support and disputes
For help, contact Booktosave support with your confirmation number, email, and a clear description of the issue. For an issue during a stay or rental, contact the supplier immediately as it may be able to resolve the problem onsite.
