1. Agreement and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Booktosave website, booking forms, customer support channels, and related services (together, the “Services”). By browsing the site, creating an account, contacting us, or submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. The property or rental company may also provide additional terms. Those supplier terms apply to the service you book and are part of your booking agreement.

2. Eligibility and account use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use Booktosave. Information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out through your account.

Tell us promptly if you believe your account or booking details have been accessed without permission. We may restrict or suspend access when we reasonably believe there is fraud, misuse, security risk, or a violation of these Terms.

3. Booktosave’s role

Booktosave helps travelers search, compare, and submit requests for hotel stays and car rentals. Unless we expressly say otherwise, we are not the hotel, property owner, car rental company, or vehicle provider. The supplier is responsible for delivering the booked accommodation or vehicle and for its own policies, availability, standards, and onsite charges.

A booking is not complete until Booktosave or the relevant supplier sends written confirmation. A request, quote, or displayed availability does not guarantee that a reservation has been accepted.

4. Prices, fees, and availability

Prices and availability can change until a booking is confirmed. The price shown at confirmation is the price that applies to that booking, except for permitted changes such as taxes imposed after booking, changes you request, or a clear pricing or technical error.

Displayed totals may include estimated taxes, mandatory fees, Booktosave service charges, supplier charges, or amounts collected later by the supplier. Review the final price, currency, cancellation terms, and payment timing before confirming.

If a material error results in a booking being confirmed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the booking and offer a refund of amounts paid. We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Supplier terms and third parties

Hotel and car suppliers may impose rules about identification, age, deposits, payment cards, check-in, vehicle use, fuel, mileage, occupancy, pets, accessibility, and cancellation. You agree to follow the applicable supplier terms. A supplier may refuse service or cancel a reservation when its rules are not met.

Links or services provided by third parties are governed by those parties’ terms and privacy policies. Booktosave is not responsible for the content or practices of a third-party website that you access from our site.

6. Payment and booking requests

When a payment is collected through Booktosave, you authorize us or our payment provider to charge the payment method shown during checkout. When the supplier collects payment, your payment details may be securely passed to that supplier only as needed to secure or fulfill the booking.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We may request additional information to verify a transaction and may cancel or hold a request that appears fraudulent or unauthorized. Bank, card issuer, and currency-conversion fees may affect the final amount shown on your statement.

7. Acceptable use

You may use the Services only for genuine personal travel planning and bookings. You must not make false, speculative, duplicate, or fraudulent reservations; scrape or copy site content; interfere with site security; overload our systems; impersonate another person; upload unlawful or harmful material; or use the Services to resell inventory without written permission.

8. Disclaimers and limits

We provide the website and search information on an “as available” basis. We work to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that every description, image, price, rating, or availability detail is complete, current, or error-free. We are not responsible for events controlled by a supplier, transportation disruption, weather, government action, or another event outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booktosave is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the Services or a supplier’s performance. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when our Services, technology, or legal obligations change. The version posted when you make a booking generally applies to that booking. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
